Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ef77 ("ef77", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the ef77 online gaming platform, including all casino games, sports betting services, card games, promotional offers, and any related services accessible through ef77.

• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total bet amount that must be placed using bonus funds before those funds become eligible for withdrawal from ef77.

Eligibility & Registration Requirements

3.2 Registration Information

Providing false registration information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.

3.3 One Account Per Person

Each individual may register and maintain only one ef77 account. Multiple accounts held by the same person — regardless of whether different mobile numbers, email addresses, or payment methods are used — are prohibited. ef77 employs technical and manual systems to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified:

• All duplicate accounts will be permanently closed without notice;

3.4 Geographic Eligibility

4.2 Reporting Unauthorised Access

All deposits are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) or converted to PKR at the prevailing rate for USDT transactions.

5.3 Withdrawal Terms

Minimum withdrawal amounts apply. Withdrawal of bonus funds is not permitted until applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.

5.4 Currency

Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, promotional offers, free bet credits, cashback awards, and loyalty rewards offered by ef77 are subject to specific terms and conditions. These specific bonus terms set out wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum qualifying deposit amounts, maximum withdrawal limits applicable to bonus winnings, time limits for bonus use, and any other relevant conditions. 6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are not immediately withdrawable. Before bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds, a wagering requirement must be satisfied. For example, a 30x wagering requirement on a Rs.1,000 bonus means Rs.30,000 in qualifying bets must be placed before any amount derived from that bonus can be withdrawn.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

ef77 takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse. The following activities constitute bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and potentially permanent account closure:

• Placing bets on outcomes with near-certain probability solely to satisfy wagering requirements ("low-risk wagering");
• Coordinated wagering across multiple accounts to exploit promotional terms;

6.4 Bonus Eligibility

Betting Rules & Game Conduct

7.1 Placing Bets

By placing a bet on ef77, you confirm that you have sufficient funds in your account balance to cover the bet amount and that you understand the rules of the game or betting market in which you are participating. All bets placed on ef77 are final once confirmed. ef77 does not accept responsibility for bets placed in error by players.

7.2 Sports Betting Markets

The outcomes of live dealer games are determined by physical equipment (cards, roulette wheels) under controlled studio conditions. 7.4 Random Number Generator (RNG) Games

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ef77 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to law enforcement authorities:

• Money Laundering: Using ef77 for any purpose related to the laundering of proceeds of crime, including depositing and withdrawing funds without genuine gambling intent;

Account Suspension & Termination

13.1 Suspension by ef77

ef77 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where ef77 has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The account is being used for fraudulent, money laundering, or other illegal purposes;
• The player is located in a prohibited jurisdiction;
• The player has provided false registration information;
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to ef77, other players, or third parties.

13.2 Funds Upon Termination

Where an account is terminated due to a breach of these Terms by the player, ef77 reserves the right to retain any funds held in the account pending investigation. Where no breach is established, any real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method. Bonus funds are always forfeited upon account termination regardless of the reason for termination.

13.3 Voluntary Account Closure

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting ef77 support. Prior to closure, any real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method subject to standard KYC verification requirements. Voluntary account closure does not affect ef77's right to retain records of your account history as required by law and regulatory obligations.

Amendments to These Terms
